Please note that state law requires that municipalities solicit bids for purchases in excess of $17,500 (or $25,000 if your municipality has a Qualified Purchasing Agent). Your municipality may have a lower threshold. Also, municipalities are required to obtain at least two competitive quotes for purchases above $2,625 (or $3,750 if a Qualified Purchasing Agent is in place). We can provide bids or quotes to help you meet this requirement.
